TuxCamp – A Linux and Open Source Barcamp, Dreieich
What about security of our data in the Internet? TuxCamp at the school Ricarda-Huch in Dreieich
Linux, Firefox, Thunderbird, OpenOffice and a lot more. Who doesn’t know this open source software? The BarCamp to the topic „Freedom and Security in the Internet“ – Open Source and GNU/Linux („TuxCamp“) addresses interested students, teachers, and citizens and welcomes them to a discussion. The slogan is „Join the penguins!“. Participants will be representatives of the open source communities LPI (Linux Professional Institute), Django, and TEX (Dante e.V.) as well as teachers specialized in media training and coaches of „Sicheres-Netz-hilft.de“. PersoApp will present its contribution (slides) to an open source software development with the electronic identification functionality of the new German national ID card („Perso“).
